Ensure query settings are set on collections used in high value workloads for query settings sys-perf variants

      Currently query settings sys-perf variants set and remove query settings as part of setup and teardown of the suite.

      This is done for some of the collections that used in high value workloads.

      We need to ensure that query settings are set on all collections, such that we can measure query settings lookup cost. This is currently not done for workloads that involve aggregate commands.
