By splitting the catalog cache into two repositories to store routing information and filtering metadata respectively (SERVER-84243), it is necessary to have statistics for both caches.

Before duplicating existing statistics, I would suggest considering a rationalization of what we have today (SERVER-80722) and then implementing the same for the second cache as well (goal of this ticket).
