Provide a "sanitized" layer for WT configuration options

Not all of the configuration options WT provides are relevant to MongoDB users or should be adjusted outside a support context.

Rather than allow users to pass in a WT configuration string directly to collection create calls, or override the default database connection string, provide an intermediate mapping layer with only the useful options, and make it consistent (including naming conventions) with the MongoDB configuration file.
