add an amazon linux x86 variant to mongodb-mongo-master evergreen project

      Atlas uses both x84 and arm64 linux distros and as such, mongot's e2e testing requires both x84 and arm64 linux mongod binaries. 

      Adding a new variant will hopefully not be too hard and much work can be taken from the nightly builder's x86 variant definition
