The feature flag TrackUnshardedCollectionsUponCreation will be fully disabled from the all-feature-flags suites in the following days. Therefore, we have run a patch with the feature flag fully disabled to check that all tests pass without failures.

The test create_indexes.js has failed on replica_sets_recordids_replicated suites on this line, since it has nothing to do with the feature flag TrackUnshardedCollectionsUponCreation, it has temporarily been disabled from this suite.

This ticket aims to fix the issue and reenable the test.
