The goal of this ticket is to keep track of the work required to enable all tests banned in the nightly build variant with embedded router enabled (enterprise-rhel-80-64-bit-dynamic-embedded-router) under the label `temp_disabled_embedded_router_uncategorized`.

The other option is to rename the label to `incompatible_embedded_router` with a comment if we see that those tests are incompatible with the embedded router.
