Update feature flag check in resharding fuzzer to use new track unsharded feature flags

      When SERVER-86294 renamed featureFlagTrackUnshardedCollectionsOnShardingCatalog, we didn't realize that the feature flag is being used directly by the resharding fuzzer in the jstestfuzz repo.

      This is now causing the resharding fuzzer to fail due to the feature flag not existing. The fuzzer needs to be updated to use the new feature flag names.
