      Currently we don't have any MacOS dynamic link tests in Bazel. This is mostly due to the evergreen hosts' MacOS version not supporting a full build when using dynamic linking. When the evergreen hosts are updated to MacOS version 12+, re-evaluate whether we can add testing for this.
