Introduce bucket_catalog::insertBatch method that accepts a number of measurements with matching metaField values

      Currently we only have bucket_catalog::insert, which takes a single measurement. If the pre-processing is separated to another method, we could group measurements by device_id and allow multiple documents to be bucketed under a single stripe mutex acquisition.
