Move Shard Lite audit tasks to the 3-Shard Variant

      Description:

      The "Shard Lite Cluster Audit ARM AWS 2023-11" variant only runs "ycsb.2023-09". 
      Create a new task for YCSB that defines the specific audit related keys / values at the task level, and run the audit task under our typical 3-Sharde Cluster. 
      Remove the "Shard Lite Cluster Audit ARM AWS 2023-11" variant once complete.
