Delete multiversion_auth

      As seen in SERVER-93653, multiversion_auth has caught only one bug uniquely in the last year and this was a non-auth related bug.

      We should investigate if we already have coverage that fills that gap in (say from multiversion) or add coverage to fill the gap if it exists, and then delete multiversion_auth.
