Passthorugh tests are usually placed under jstests/core/ folder.

Even though we enabled fle3 tests  to run in most-passthrough suites in SEVER-65503, these class of tests reside in jstests/fle2/ instead of jstests/core/.

The downside of this is that every time we create a new passthrough suite we need to remember to add explicitly the fle2 non-standard folder to the suite configuration (e.g. here)

The goal of this ticket is to migrate fle2 tests from jstests/fle2/ -> jstests/core/fle2/
