in SERVER-95930 get_network_diagnostics.py was added to output a file containing output from `netstat`, however sometimes it is only capturing tcp information and sometimes tcp & unix, e.g. tcp & unix "Active Internet connections..., Active UNIX domain sockets..." tcp only "Active Connections..."

those two patches have mostly same code but produces different netstat log results.
