rs_endpoint_upgrade_downgrade.js occasionally fails. The test relies on two unfinished projects and their interaction, and one of the features, the transition to a sharded cluster will be substantially refactored, so it's not worth investigating too much now. To avoid noise in testing, we can disable the test for now and revisit when those projects are further along.
