      This is needed for SERVER-98584. Here is where the noop oplog entry is written. The oplog entry can be exposed similarly to the “reshardBegin” event (see SERVER-50637 and SERVER-65909). This ticket should add testing both in document_source_change_stream_test.cpp and resharding_change_stream_internal_ops.js.
