The number of dropIndexes events has recently changed and it is causing the multiversion test change_streams_split_event_v1_v2_tokens.js fail as it expects 2 dropIndexes events (1 from each shard) unless they share the cluster time.

The change_streams_split_event_v1_v2_tokens.js tests change stream resumability, so as long as the number of events on both versions is the same, this is fine.

The change_streams_split_event_v1_v2_tokens.js test does not exist on master, as it was in "targetedTestsLastLtsFeatures" for v8.0. The BACKPORT-24046 ticket was created by mistake, as this ticket should have been the one addressing the v8.0 issue according to https://wiki.corp.mongodb.com/display/KERNEL/Database+SERVER+Backports+Policy+and+Workflow
