Investigate the change of dropIndexes events in change_streams_split_event_v1_v2_tokens.js

      The number of dropIndexes events generated in change_streams_split_event_v1_v2_tokens.js has recently change in all major versions causing the test to fail. While this is orthogonal to the purpose of this test (as long as the sequence of events remains the same after the upgrade). For our own clarity, we need to identify the reason for the change of the number of events.
