      SERVER-79630 added two tests for creation of buckets without timeseries options but limited them to run on FCV v8.1 only, until BACKPORT-24067 was completed:

      Since BACKPORT-24067 is now completed, we should allow those tests to also run on FCV v8.0 (e.g. mixed binary scenarios) to increase test coverage.
