      TOOLS-717 modifies mongorestore such that sytem.profile bson files don't cause intents to be created, but the system.profile metadata files are still handled normally.

      The system.profile metadata intents still cause mongorestore to attempt to create the intent, which will cause mongorestore to fail if it doesn't have permission.
