This causes lots of problems during trainings where students are asked to import bson files. Usually we pass around a USB stick and a Mac has created hidden files like `._stories.bson` which contain no data but which break the import example from the handbook.

This wastes lots of time in trainings and doesn't give a great impression

Can we get mongorestore to simply ignore files starting with `._` ?
