Prior to TOOLS-2469, GetSSLOptions() in mongo-tools-common was incorrectly using a server.pem file in place of the relevant client cert; it's surprising that the integration tests were passing despite this error. We should look into whether or not there is an underlying issue with the tools testing code – perhaps the tests are somehow ignoring the client cert verification.
