New linux distros missing from repo-config.yaml

      Linux packages are failing to push for the new distros added in TOOLS-2505 (see failures for rhel81-power, ubuntu2004-arm, and ubuntu2004) because there is some missing linux repo configuration in repo-config.yaml.

      For this ticket, we should do the following:

      • Add the missing repo configuration
      • Create a checklist for new platform support so that we don't miss this in the future
