Evergreen should include RHEL 9.0 and Amazon Linux 2023 in integration tests for all PRs

      Problem

      The tasks that are run per-PR are defined in github_pr_aliases in the common.yml file. Right now this is not testing anything on RHEL 9.0 or Amazon Linux 2023 .

      Solution

      • Add these platforms to the generator code in evergreen/generator.
      • Regenerate the aliases and update common.yml.

      Impact

      Better test coverage
