Quote user-supplied strings in logs

      A user recently reported that mongorestore was appending a space to the end of all restored namespaces. After some back & forth we found that the extra space was coming from the user’s shell.

      mongo-tools can’t prevent this, but the tools can at least facilitate diagnosis by quoting all user-supplied strings (esp. namespaces) in logs.
