      User Story

      As a user,
      I want a way to be able to access advanced connection settings
      So that I can always connect to any MongoDB with most connectivity and authentication options available to me

      Acceptance criteria

      • The overview page contains a form with all the advanced connectivity options
      • Connectivity/auth options are logically split so that I am not overwhelmed by a form with a million fields all on the same page
      • When I connect successfully the connect screen is in its Connected state
      • When the connection is not possible due to an error, the error is displayed in an error notification
      • Check that VSCODE-154 does not happen

      Notes

      • This user story is only about restructuring the connection form accordingly with the new design. VSCODE-173 will then be about moving the form into a dialog.
      • Kerberos is still not supported
