Investigate if we could use the VSCode Language Model API  to build a variation of the Export to Language feature that we currently have. We are not considering it as a replacement for the existing feature for now, since a good number of customers may not be copilot users. It would just be that copilot users would have access to this new way of exporting to language and we can see if the usage for it increases.
