Update indentation in dist/ scripts to use spaces instead of tabs.

      It appears that some of our dist/ scripts still use the old style WiredTiger style and indent using tabs. Some even use a mix of spaces and tabs. We should go around and convert them over to spaces so that when they are modified they don't end up with a mix.

      Scope:

      • Replace tabs with 4 spaces in dist/ scripts.
