Make the util dump command interactive

      By providing a new argument to the dump command, instead of dumping the given file, it should be possible to interact with it in an interactive fashion.

      It would be great to (non-exhaustive list):

      • Move between records
      • Search for records
      • Insert/Update/Delete records
      • Have bookmarks to save keys and be able to get back to them
