The metrics we added  WT-10197 in are showing up incorrectly in T2. 

• maximum seconds spent in moving updates to the history store in a reconciliation 
  • This is showing up as a really high number that seems implausible 
•  "maximum seconds spent at a single eviction" and "maximum seconds spent in building a disk image in a reconciliation"
  • metrics always appear to be 0.

We need to double check if we are generating the right metrics for the updates in history store, and investigate why some metrics are showing up as zero, and if using a different unit will fix these issues. After investigating the cause, the fix for the metrics should be tested and confirm if they show up correctly in T2.
