The background compaction server tries to compact invalid files

      The tests in WT-11334 found a bug in the background compaction implementation introduced by WT-11342.

      Those changes are incorrect as they are overriding the ret value that can be set to WT_NOTFOUND. The value WT_NOTFOUND can be set when a file with a different prefix than file: is found. Since the ret value is overridden, compaction is called with an invalid file.
