The cppsuite contains a validation stage that is executed at the end of each test.
The cppsuite can run all the defined tests as smoke tests using an associated default configuration which makes validation tricky as the test may not be running long enough so useful stuff can be validated.

This ticket should make validation optional through a configuration field.
