The command printlog fails with segfault

      This comes from WT-12384 where the printlog command fails with segfault and this needs to be investigated and fixed.

      How to repro:

      # Note that the artifacts come from Testy

# ssh to the host
cd /srv/testy/wiredtiger/build
sudo ./wt -R -h /srv/testy/data/ printlog -u
