Fix s_all so that it can be. run from a tree imported into MongoDB

      I just made a few changes to a MongoDB tree, and needed to re-generate wiredtiger.in. Attempting to run `s_all` from within the MongoDB tree generated a bunch of errors and changed a bunch of files in the imported tree in odd ways.

      Ideally we'd be able to run s_all from within a MongoDB source tree with local changes.
