In WT-9946, we made s_all work when executed inside a Mongo repo:

cd mongo/src/third_party/wiredtiger/dist/
./s_all
# Lots of failures here

This might be due to the recent changes we have done to s_all to improve it.

The goal is to make s_all work again in a Mongo repo as it can be useful when quickly adding a new stat and one needs s_all to generate the code to make that stat usable.
