Re-enable task "model-test-long" & increase its duration

      Task model-test-long is currently disabled, because it keeps failing, e.g., due to a bug in truncate (WT-12539). Re-enable this task once patch builds pass consistently.

      Also run the task for longer than the current 10 minute default, so that we get more test coverage.
