Bug in backup analysis percentage calculation

      There is a minor bug in the summary output of tools/backup_analysis.py. It is printing out the number of blocks instead of calculating a percentage:

      System tables: smallest 20%: 90 of 57998 changed blocks (90%) differ by 209715 bytes or less of 1048576
System tables: largest 80%: 0 of 57998 changed blocks (0%) differ by 838860 bytes or more of 1048576
