Fix __curtable_set_key to call a generic __wt_cursor_set_keyv

      We want to call it once for the primary, then have the remaining cursors point to the key in the primary cursor.

      There appears to be a bug at the moment with complex column store tables in raw mode. Share that code (currently in __wt_cursor_set_key) rather than having multiple copies.
