WT-13426 introduced a new block manager catch2 unit test. As part of this, a utility function create_write_buffer was introduced that uses the now removed macro WT_ITEM_ALIGNED. WT-13227 removed this as it was part of the alignment logic used by direct IO. We need to removed WT_ITEM_ALIGNED from create_write_buffer.
