Live restore renames

      Rename WT_DESTINATION_METADATA to WT_LIVE_RESTORE_DEST_METADATA, rename __wt_live_restore_hole_list to __wt_live_restore_hole_node  

      We could consider shorter names but the current name needs improving as it doesn't reference live restore.
