Get WT compiling on Mac again.

      Issues with uploading Evergreen build artifacts on Mac meant that Mac builds had to be temporarily disabled on the WT waterfall (see WT-13950). WT-13951 will reenable Mac builds on the waterfall once the relevant DEVPROD ticket is fixed.

      However, in the meantime there is a risk that we make changes to the code that stops in building/running on Mac and it will then require extra effort to fix the code to get Macs building again. Unfortunately, that risk has been realised, and as of this commit WT no longer compiles on Mac.

      This ticket will get Mac compiles working again, WT-13977 will get Mac compiles (but not tests) working in Evergreen. Any remaining issues dependant on the DEVPROD ticket will be done in WT-13951.
