When live restore creates a file or folder in the destination folder to mirror the content in the source directory it will create a default file with default 755 permissions.

This ticket is to investigate whether contents of the WiredTiger directory will ever have permissions other than 755, and if so add logic to copy across those permissions to the destination as well.
