Mac waterfall builds were disabled by WT-13970 because of issues uploading artefacts.
This ticket will get Mac compiles working on Evergreen again, so that we go back to compiling on Macs and thereby avoid any Mac compiler incompatible code changes being made.
Tests and artifact uploads will wait until the DEVPROD ticket is addressed and the artefact uploads can be restored later (by WT-13951)
We'll get Mac tests working again, and re-enable artefact uploading, in later tickets.
Once the PR is merged, we'll get the GitHub merge/PR settings restored (as per the attached screenshot).
