If the server crashes during the table creation, the WiredTiger metadata can be left in a corrupted state for that table with missing colgroup information. This can lead to a situation where the same table cannot be created/dropped.
Investigate the solution to fix the inconsistency that can occur with the WiredTiger metadata when the server crashes during the table creation.
