Improve documentation for wt verify -d mode

      The wt tool provides useful dump information through the verify subcommand. 

      There are 5 different modes for the dump output, each of which is not documented in the command_line.html/dox page.

      Modes:

      • dump_address
      • dump_blocks
      • dump_layout
      • dump_offsets
      • dump_pages

      We should improve this documentation to explain each mode. Preferably we would extend this to another dox page that explains how to interpret the output.
