While working on WT-14648, I was able to reproduce the failure by creating a hook test that adds a timing_stress option to all the python tests. We should investigate a proper method to introduce all our timing stress options to the python tests. We can take advantage of our broad python testing and extend it to use timing_stress_options to invoke further possible race conditions.
