Enable disaggregated storage testing in test/model after we fix the bugs that it currently triggers.
We have two ways to enable disaggregate feature on model/test. From WT-15103 there is a -D option that enables disaggregate. But instead we can just do -G disaggregated=1.
Definition of Done
Remove redundant disagg config, and utilise -G disaggregated=1 instead. Update evergreen accordingly.
