In helping to achieve stability, this ticket will to a quick triage of all python tests in hook_disagg.fail, looking for quick stability wins. Any tests that appear to hang or crash are suspect, other other tests that appear to exercise a common path that mongodb uses in the short term.

This will be a time-boxed audit, since it's so broad, it can't get very deep.
