Create a doc with description of what we are going to deliver, how much time do we need for that and what are risks.

Currently the idea is to do the same thing of what we've done for Q3, but for format testing which is run format testing with DisAgg, triage all the received warnings, suppress all disagg unrelated warnings and share all the disagg related ones across different teams.
