      Following the investigation in WT-15382, database hashing and shared memory have been implemented as part of WT-16166 and WT-16167. These changes allow leader and follower processes to compute and store database hash values. The remaining work is to synchronise leader and follower execution between each operation set and validate the computed hashes.

      This synchronisation will be implemented as outlined in WT-15382, to coordinate the leader and follower at each operation set.

      Scope:
      Leader and follower processes synchronise after each operation set, and database hashes are validated after each set.

      Outcome:

      Data validation b/w leader and follower to test data integrity/correctness helping detect corruption or inconsistency bugs.
