As we can see in the screencap below, a number of change points have been generated on this task / metric, however due to noise (stable region variance of 80K) this metric is low value. We should do any of the following:

1. Remove the task if none of the metrics are valuable
2. Stop emitting this metric if the other metrics are valuable
3. Tune the test to make the relevant metric less noisy
